1. Products & Services

We supply and distribute fabrics and related products as described in our catalogs, quotations, and website.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly due to production processes or material availability.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted subject to product availability and confirmation of payment terms.
• Prices are stated in AED unless otherwise agreed, and may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges.
• Payment terms will be communicated in writing. Delayed payments may incur interest or late fees as per applicable laws.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We will make every effort to deliver orders within agreed timelines, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon customer pickup.
• Any shipping issues or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only if agreed upon in writing and if products are unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Customized or made-to-order fabrics are non-returnable except in cases of any defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, trademarks, and brand materials are exclusive property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LS4IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, transport delays, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ajman UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
